What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
My dog has extreme skin sensitivities to even very small amounts of ingredients that dogs may be sensitive to. After reviewing the ingredients of this product at home and realizing it has peppermint oils toxic for dogs and cederwood oil also not benefitial for sensitive ones I decided to return it and make my own insect repellent.
