For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Smells like peppermint not harmful chemicals, the cat seems to enjoy it. Haven’t had any issues with ticks or fleas.
I Purchased 1 cat and 1 dog earth animal flea and tick collar. I’ve used them for about six months now and I am pleased to find there are no fleas or ticks on my cat, which is out every day on a leash ,or my dog.
