For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
My cavalier puppy LOVES this toy out of ALL the toys she has. The sounds are perfect and very interactive. There are major pros and minor cons to its small size. Pro, she can easily pick it up in her mouth and carry it and toss it around, con, it gets lost under and behind things, which does make hide and seek a new game. Fortunately, the ball does have a sensor that picks up when you’re close- awesome feature! We both enjoy it, thanks for making a great pet toy!

I’ve had this product for ten years and this order was a replacement. The small units (blue) are excellent with their vocal track. Last for ages and easy battery replacement.

Scout, a one year old terrier/border collie mix, doesn’t know what to make of this yet. For a few days she gave it wide berth. Now she gets close enough to make it talk and barks back before she runs away. Adds a little spice to her day.
