Hugglehounds® Knotties® are the original knotted, plush dog toy! Knotties® are the most durable plush dog toys available for dogs and puppies. All Knotties® are made with exclusive Tuffut Technology®, a durable three-layer lining on the inside that stays soft and cuddly on the outside.
Small Toy measures approximately 9″ Tall x 5″ Wide x 3″ Deep.
Large Toy measures approximately 15″ Tall x 9″ Wide x 3″ Deep.

Care Instructions:
All HuggleHounds Knotties, plush toys, and our full line of Hugglefleece products may be safely machine washed at low temps and tumble-dried.
HuggleHounds toys are manufactured in China and are produced at our boutique BSCI-certified factory. They are proud of the superior quality of our products, and the fact they meet US Standard Consumer Safety Specs for Toy Safety (ASTM F963-11). They are tested for leads and phthalates, double scanned for metal or foreign objects, AZO dye free, stuffed with a non-toxic polyester fill and all eyes are embroidered for added safety.
Note: No toy is indestructible. Supervise your pet when using since the small parts can present a choking hazard or internal blockage. Discontinue use if the toy is damaged.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date in new and unused condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained by calling us at 877-863-5431.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain “Customer Choice Returns”. Although our site offers “Free Shipping” for orders of $69 or more, it is not actually free for us to ship your items to you. If you change your mind, don’t like the item, mistakenly ordered a wrong item, this is considered a Customer Choice Return. The shipping charges we paid to ship your products may be deducted from your refund.

Orders received over a weekend or holiday will ship on the following business day.
What are my shipping charges?
Free shipping is offered on orders of $69 and more AFTER any discounts and BEFORE sales tax.
This offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For the Free Shipping option, we choose the carrier and use USPS, FedEx or UPS for our orders. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. Most often larger orders will ship by FedEx or UPS. A majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days. Certain western states may take a little longer with FedEx or UPS Ground.
What happens if my package is lost or says delivered, but have not received it?
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
