How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
4) Make sure your password is at least 6 letters or numbers (in any combination) in length.
    (Do not use special characters such as asterisks,exclamation points, ampersand etc.)

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our
Privacy Policyfor more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site to edit your account information.
What are my payment choices?
 
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.
If you would prefer to send us a money order by mail. Please call us at 877-863-5431.
Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment.
How much is my shipping?
 
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Please call us toll free at 877-863-5431 for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  Some items may be able to ship for less than the quoted rate, as they may fit into a flat rate box.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top blue button on home page of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is your return policy?
 

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days if received in new and unused condition.

We will issus a Return Merchandise Authorization Number to be included with your returned product

I received a wrong product

We will promptly correct your order and reship the correct product.
When will my order ship?
 
We ship out the same business day. We will immediately process your order and you will receive a shipment confirmation within 12 hours with a tracking number.
For items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer, please allow extra time.  We immediately send orders to the manufacturer the same day. Please allow 2-3 days for the manufacturer to ship directly.
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
