This is a great easy recipe for removing dog and cat urine odor, so your pet will not continually urinate or defecate repeatedly in the same area.
Pet Urine Removal Recipe
1 Quart 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
1/4 Cup Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Liquid Soap
Start by mixing all your ingredients into a non-metal container. You just want to gently stir, not shake.
This mixture is best when freshly mixed, but you can store the mixture in an airtight container, as when baking soda and hydrogen peroxide are mixed they form a chemical reaction that releases oxygen. If you want to store this in a large spray bottle, please make sure you have the cap on loose.
You can purchase the large size bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide at Target, CVS or most drug or chain stores.
Don't oversaturate your sub-floor, drywall, wood flooring, particle board or any porous surface as these may swell.
This solution is not meant for any fabric or carpet. The Hydrogen Peroxide is a bleaching agent!
